Tata Harrier EV Bookings opened Officially With 505km range, AWD options & ₹1 Lakh loyalty bonus for existing EV owners. Starts at ₹21.49L.
Tata Motors has officially opened bookings for its new Harrier EV. This electric SUV recently had its full price list revealed. The Harrier EV starts at 21.49 lakh rupees for the basic model and goes up to 30.23 lakh rupees for the top-of-the-line Stealth Edition. You can now book this electric vehicle at any authorized Tata dealership or through Tata’s website. This makes it easy for interested buyers to reserve their new electric SUV.
As an added benefit, current owners of Tata electric vehicles can receive a special loyalty bonus of 1 lakh rupees when they decide to buy the Harrier EV. This is a way for Tata to reward its existing electric vehicle customers. The electric Harrier comes with two choices for its battery pack: a 65 kWh unit and a larger 75 kWh version. The 65 kWh battery is available in three different versions of the car: Adventure, Adventure S, and Fearless+. These options provide a good starting point for electric driving.
Buyers who choose the 75 kWh battery can pick from Fearless+, Empowered RWD, and Empowered QWD versions. Tata also offers the Harrier EV in a special Stealth Edition. This edition comes in four specific types: Empowered 75, Empowered 75 ACFC, Empowered QWD 75, and Empowered QWD 75 ACFC. These different choices help make sure there is a Harrier EV for many different tastes and needs.
The Harrier EV is built on the Acti.ev+ platform. This five-seater SUV can travel up to 505 kilometers on a single charge, which is a real-world driving range. One of its main features is a QLED touchscreen interface, which is a first for this type of vehicle. For safety, all versions come with six airbags, disc brakes on all four wheels, and a system to check tire pressure.
Both the rear-wheel-drive (RWD) versions of the Harrier EV have a special motor that produces 238 horsepower and 315 Nm of torque. The all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup uses two motors, one in the front and one in the back. Together, these motors give the AWD version 309 horsepower and 504 Nm of torque. The RWD models have Eco, City, and Sport driving modes. The AWD models also have a Boost mode for extra power.
The AWD versions, called QWD variants, are made for serious off-road driving. They can go through water up to 600 mm deep and climb hills with a slope of up to 47 percent. The simpler versions of the car have three driving modes for different terrains: Normal, Wet, and Rough. The top-level AWD Empowered QWD 75 model has six special terrain settings. These include modes for Snow/Grass, Mud-Ruts, Sand, Rock Crawl, and a Custom mode, giving drivers a lot of control in tough conditions.
