Mahindra reveals Vision T, Vision S, Vision SXT and Vision X concepts previewing future SUVs at Freedom Nu 2025

Mahindra will showcase four new concept SUVs at Freedom_Nu: Vision.T, Vision.S, Vision.SXT, and Vision.X. They give a preview of Mahindra's future product plan, including electric vehicle plans.

Vision.T

It probably gives a preview of the production version of the Thar.e, an electric version of the Thar. Teasers reveal its boxy design, stretched bumper, flared wheel arches, off-road tyres, and bonnet latches. It should have a dual-motor All-Wheel Drive (AWD) configuration.

Vision.S

Vision.S is a teaser for a new SUV which will be derived from the Scorpio N. Mahindra may launch this car in an all-electric or hybrid option. It would most probably look boxy with off-road equipment like the Scorpio N. A production model car can come by in 2026, reports state.

Vision.SXT

This is the idea of this vehicle as a tough, no-frills version of the Scorpio. It might be the production version of the Global Pik Up concept that premiered in August 2023. This pickup truck will be built on the Scorpio N SUV platform with an Internal Combustion Engine (ICE). The teasers point to a clamshell bonnet, flared wheel arches, and a bold front bumper, highlighting its ruggedness.

Vision.X

Mahindra will also be featuring the Vision.X concept. This looks like an upscale and urban SUV for city and family consumers. Teasers indicate streamlined body shaping, knife-edge lines, which is different from the other three concepts. Vision.X can take inspiration in both all-electric (XEV) and ICE (XUV) variants.
