Realme Narzo Power 5G India Launch on March 5: Big Battery and 144Hz Display Confirmed

Realme has officially confirmed the launch of its new smartphone called Realme Narzo Power 5G in India. The phone will launch on March 5 at 12 PM IST. Before the official event, the company has already revealed many important features, giving buyers a clear idea of what to expect. The biggest highlight of this phone is its massive 10,001mAh battery, which makes it one of the largest battery smartphones expected in the Indian market this year.

Massive Battery Built for Long Usage

Realme is focusing strongly on battery life with the Narzo Power 5G. The company claims the phone can deliver very long usage on a single charge.

According to official details, the phone can offer:

  • Up to 38 days standby time

  • Around 185 hours of music playback

  • About 32.5 hours of YouTube streaming

  • Nearly 21 hours of navigation

  • Around 72 hours of calling

  • Up to 11.6 hours of BGMI gaming at 90fps

The device supports 27W wired charging and 27W reverse charging, which allows the phone to charge other devices like earbuds or smartphones. Realme has also added bypass charging, which helps control heat while gaming because power goes directly to the system instead of stressing the battery. Realme says the phone can reach 50% charge in about 36 minutes.

Performance Powered by Dimensity 7400 Ultra Chipset

The Realme Narzo Power 5G runs on the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra processor. The phone also includes a HyperVision Plus AI chip, which helps improve gaming performance, image processing, and power efficiency.

Realme claims this AI system can reduce power consumption by around 16 percent. The device is also designed to support 90fps gameplay in BGMI, making it suitable for mobile gamers.

Large 144Hz Curved Display

The smartphone features a 6.78-inch HyperGlow curved display with a 144Hz refresh rate, which helps scrolling and gaming feel smoother.

Key display highlights include:

  • Up to 6500 nits peak brightness

  • HDR10 Plus support

  • Netflix HDR certification

  • Improved outdoor visibility

Despite carrying a very large battery, the phone weighs 219 grams and Realme calls it one of India’s slimmest phones with a 10,000mAh class battery. The device will be available in Titan Blue and Titan Silver color options.

Camera Setup and Video Features

For photography, the Realme Narzo Power 5G comes with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 main camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). The phone supports 4K video recording for better video quality.

Reports also suggest the setup may include:

  • An 8MP ultra-wide camera

  • A 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls

AI camera tools such as AI Hyper Clarity, AI Hyper Motion, AI Always-On HDR, and AI Edit Genie are included to improve photos automatically.

Software and Long Term Updates

The phone will run Realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16 out of the box.

Realme has confirmed long software support:

  • 3 years of Android updates

  • 4 years of security updates

The new interface introduces features like Ice Cube icons, Misty Glass Control Centre, new wallpapers, fingerprint animations, Breathing Dock interface, and several AI smart tools such as AI Smart Reply and Instant Clip.

Built Tough with Protection Ratings

Realme has also focused on durability, the Narzo Power 5G has passed MIL-STD-810H military grade shock testing and carries TÜV Rheinland five-star battery certification.

The phone is expected to include IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, offering strong protection against dust and water exposure.

Availability and Expected Price

The Realme Narzo Power 5G will be sold through Amazon India and Realme’s official online stores. Dedicated launch pages are already live showing key features ahead of the announcement.

Industry reports suggest the phone could start at around ₹26,000, although Realme will officially reveal final pricing and availability during the launch event on March 5. More details about performance and camera testing will become clear once the phone reaches reviewers and retail buyers.

Some reports also indicate that the Narzo Power 5G could be closely related to the Realme P4 Power 5G, while a similar version may launch in China under a different name.

Buyers Should Know

The Realme Narzo Power 5G is designed for users who want long battery life, smooth display performance, and strong gaming support without moving into flagship pricing. With a very large battery, high refresh rate screen, AI features, and long software support, the phone targets heavy users who depend on their device throughout the day.

If battery backup and performance matter more than ultra-thin design, this upcoming Narzo model could become one of the most practical mid-range phones launching in India this year.
