Tata Harrier EV Stealth Edition Launched with 75 kWh Battery & AWD
Tata's Harrier EV Stealth Edition debuts with matte black finish, 309 bhp power, and real-world range of 490 km.
Tata Motors has announced the full price list for its Harrier EV. This electric SUV starts at Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The electric Harrier comes in different versions and offers two battery choices: a 65 kWh and a 75 kWh unit. The smaller 65 kWh battery is available in Adventure, Adventure S, and Fearless+ models.
The larger 75 kWh battery can be found in Fearless+, Empowered RWD, and Empowered QWD versions. This bigger battery is only for the higher-end models, which also form the basis of the Stealth Edition range. The Harrier EV Stealth Edition comes in four specific variants in India: Empowered 75, Empowered 75 ACFC, Empowered QWD 75, and Empowered QWD 75 ACFC.
Exterior Design
The Stealth Edition features a matte black finish on the outside. It also has a darkened front grille, blacked-out badges, and shiny black details instead of the usual bright parts. This makes it look different from the standard model and gives it a sportier feel. The 19-inch alloy wheels have two colors, and ‘Stealth’ branding is placed in key areas.
Interior and Performance
Inside, the car has a black dashboard. The center console, air vents, and switches also have piano black surrounds. The seats are also black, matching the dark theme of this special edition. For performance, the Harrier EV Stealth can have either a rear-wheel-drive setup with one motor or an all-wheel-drive system with two motors.
The rear-wheel-drive version produces 235 brake horsepower. The all-wheel-drive version makes a combined 309 brake horsepower and 504 Newton-meters of torque. The 75 kWh battery is expected to give a real-world range of 460 to 490 kilometers, depending on the chosen version.
Pricing Details
The ex-showroom prices for the Harrier EV Stealth Edition are as follows: The Empowered 75 costs Rs 28.24 lakh, and the Empowered 75 ACFC is priced at Rs 28.73 lakh. For higher variants, the Empowered QWD 75 is Rs 29.74 lakh, and the top-end Empowered QWD 75 ACFC is Rs 30.23 lakh.
