Get Ready, India! Is the Honda Civic Type R Finally Coming?

Hey car fans! Exciting news is buzzing around – there are reports that the legendary Honda Civic Type R might finally be heading to India! This isn't the regular Civic sedan many of us remember from Honda showrooms here. Nope, the Type R is a whole different beast!

What is the Civic Type R?

For those who don't know, the Civic Type R is the super-fast, high-performance version of the Honda Civic. The reports say it's the hatchback version that might come here, which is currently in its sixth generation worldwide (based on the 11th gen Civic hatch).

Think of it as a road-legal race car built for serious driving fun. It’s famous for its amazing front-wheel-drive handling and how connected the driver feels to the car.

Seriously Fast Performance

Under the hood, the Type R packs a punch! It has a 2.0-litre turbocharged VTEC petrol engine (a special Honda engine tech) that makes a whopping 325 horsepower and plenty of pulling power (420 Nm torque). And guess what?
