2026 Mahindra XUV700 Facelift to Feature Triple Screen and Bold New Look
2026 Mahindra XUV700 Facelift to debut with triple screens, new grille, and advanced features like digital key, ADAS, and ventilated seats.
Mahindra is getting ready to launch an updated version of its XUV700 SUV, which should hit Indian markets by mid-2026. This refreshed model is a big move for Mahindra's flagship vehicle and will bring a lot of new features inside and out. This facelift will aim to make it even more appealing with the latest tech and design.
Recently leaked info gives us a sneak peek at the 2026 XUV700's interior, showing off a triple-screen setup similar to what's found in the all-electric XEV 9e. This setup includes three 10.2-inch screens for the digital instrument cluster, the main infotainment system, and a dedicated display for the front passenger. The interior will also feature a new two-spoke steering wheel with a backlit Mahindra logo, a design we've already seen in the XEV 9e.
Along with the impressive screens, the 2026 XUV700 will come packed with cool features like front and rear ventilated seats, a premium Harman Kardon audio system, a digital key, and a self-parking system. The dashboard design is expected to look a lot like the XEV 9e, which will keep the XUV700 in line with Mahindra's modern design style. While the inside will get a major facelift, the changes to the outside will be more subtle.
The side and rear profiles of the XUV700 will stay mostly the same, but the front is getting some serious updates. There will be a new grille with vertical slats, circular headlights, and new daytime running lights replacing the old C-shaped ones. Interestingly, the test mule photos didn’t show fog lamps. Known internally as W616, this facelifted model will focus on bold and futuristic styling, inspired by the XEV 9e.
For safety, the new XUV700 might include advanced features like Level 2 ADAS technology, seven airbags, and Hill Hold Assist. There’s a possibility of adding a dual-pane panoramic sunroof with multi-colored ambient lighting to create a nicer atmosphere in the cabin. Under the hood, the 2026 XUV700 facelift is expected to stick with the same engines: a 2.0L turbo petrol and a 2.2L turbo diesel, as well as the same 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions.
