Tata Harrier EV 2025 Launching Next Week: Features and Price

Tata Harrier EV Launched on June 3, 2025 - More Features, Bold Design and Long Range

The much-awaited Tata Harrier EV is set to be launched in India on June 3, 2025. Tata Motors had previously showcased the production-ready Harrier EV at the 2025 India Mobility Global Expo alongside the Sierra ICE and Avinya X Concept. Ahead of its launch, the electric SUV was already revealed to select dealers and media at Tata's production facility.

Tata Harrier EV Design and Platform

The Harrier EV has been spotted undergoing road testing across India several times. Recently, it was spotted without any camouflage, giving us a clear look at its production-ready design. Built on Tata's Gen 2 EV architecture - which also supports the Curve EV and Punch EV - the Harrier EV is in line with the concept showcased at the Auto Expo 2025.

While it retains the familiar silhouette of its ICE sibling, the Harrier EV features unique EV-specific styling cues. These include a blanked-off front grille, redesigned front and rear bumpers, aero-optimized alloy wheels, and signature LED lighting elements.

Tata Harrier EV Specifications and Performance

The Tata Harrier EV will be the first all-electric SUV from Tata Motors to offer an all-wheel drive (AWD) system - a significant upgrade over the current ICE variants. While Tata has not officially revealed the powertrain specs, the EV is expected to come with two battery pack options: 60kWh and 75kWh.

The estimated driving range is around 500 km on a single charge, making it suitable for both long-distance travel and daily commuting.

The Harrier EV also features a multi-link rear suspension setup - an upgrade over the torsion beam in the diesel model - which should translate to improved ride comfort and handling.
