Good news for those eagerly waiting for Ola electric bikes! Ola Electric launched its first electric motorcycle Roadster X in the market on May 23, 2025. It is available in two variants  Roadster X and X+. Test rides have already started at dealerships. Users are sharing test ride videos on social media.

Roadster X+ Specifications

The Roadster X+ has a 4.5 kWh battery. It can accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in just 3.1 seconds. Top speed is 118 kmph. Range is 252 km on a full charge (as per IDC criteria).

What do the test ride videos say?

In some videos, riders can be seen riding on the highway. In other videos, the performance of the LED headlights is shown. The bike is said to offer better acceleration.

Delayed deliveries – Why did it happen?

Earlier, deliveries were supposed to happen by the end of April. But the homologation was unfinished, so it was delayed. Now the clearances are complete, hence the deliveries officially started on May 23.

Roadster X+ – A more powerful variant:

This model has an 11 kW motor and a 9.1 kWh battery. It can accelerate from 0 to 40 km in just 2.7 seconds. It can travel up to 501 km on a single charge. It is made up of 4680 cells developed by Ola.
