Maruti eVitara:

 Maruti Suzuki is preparing to launch its first fully electric SUV, the 'eVitara'. Keeping in mind the changing trends in the market and the growing interest in electric vehicles, the company will introduce the classic Vitara SUV as an electric variant. The new eVitara was officially showcased at the Grand Bharat Mobility Global Expo held in January 2024. This electric SUV will come with two battery pack options — a 49 kWh and a 61 kWh. It is expected to offer a driving range of over 500 km on a full charge, which is impressive compared to other electric SUVs in the market. In terms of features, it meets modern expectations, offering a touchscreen infotainment system, a fully digital instrument cluster, and a panoramic sunroof.

Mahindra XUV700 (Facelift):

 Mahindra is working on a refreshed version of the XUV700, scheduled for launch in 2026. The update is expected to bring minor design changes to both the exterior and interior. Along with visual enhancements, the SUV may receive new features to stay competitive in its segment, while retaining the current 2.2L diesel and 2.0L petrol engines.

Nissan Mid-Size SUV:

 Nissan has revealed its roadmap for India, confirming plans to launch four completely new models. Leading the lineup is a compact MPV based on the Renault Triber platform. A new mid-size SUV — likely to reach showrooms before the end of this financial year — will serve as a modern replacement for the discontinued Terrano.

Maruti Suzuki eWX:

 Maruti Suzuki is also gearing up to launch its small electric hatchback, the eWX, which is expected to hit Indian roads by 2027. Designed to compete with models like the Tata Tiago EV and MG Comet EV, the eWX will be ideal for city commuting. Despite its compact size, it is expected to deliver strong performance, with an estimated range of over 200 km on a full charge. The expected price is under ₹10 lakh, making it a practical option for young professionals, office-goers, and small families. Both the exterior and interior are likely to impress buyers in the budget EV segment.
