New 2025 Tata Altroz Now at Car Dealers: Prices, Variant, and Features
2025 Tata Altroz Facelift Is Now Available at Dealerships With New Features and AMT Gearbox
The new 2025 Tata Altroz has just arrived at car dealers across India. This updated family car was recently launched with starting prices from Rs. 6.89 lakh to Rs. 11.49 lakh (not including road tax and insurance). People can start booking this car from June 2, 2025. The car comes in seven different versions, five new colors, and different engine choices. Tata hopes this new Altroz will do well against other similar cars in the market.
Let's look at what the new 2025 Altroz offers, based on what we saw during a recent visit to a car dealer.
What's New in the 2025 Tata Altroz?
We got to see the top model called the "Accomplished S" version of the 2025 Altroz. This one had a regular petrol engine with manual gears. The car we saw was in a beautiful bright red color called "Ember Glow," which is one of the new colors for this updated model.
Outside Look: Sporty and Smooth
The front of the 2025 Altroz now has:
New LED headlights with sharp, eyebrow-style daytime running lights. The fog lights have been redesigned and sit in black housings. There are also special air vents near the fog lights that help the car move through air more smoothly.
From the side, you'll notice:
Nice-looking 16-inch wheels with two-tone colors. The car has flush door handles (they sit flat against the door) with lights on the front doors - something not found in other cars in this class. The back door handles are cleverly hidden near the window. The side mirrors are black, fold automatically, and have turn signals built into them.
At the back, the Altroz has a sporty black bumper, connected LED taillights, and a shark-fin antenna on the roof. These features look really good against the red body color.
Inside the Car
When you get inside the 2025 Altroz, you'll see a fresh-looking black and beige interior. Some key features include:
A newly designed steering wheel with two spokes and a silver Tata logo (similar to what you'd find in the Nexon model). There's a large 10.25-inch touchscreen for entertainment and information that seems to float on the dashboard. The air conditioning controls are sleek touch panels with some physical switches too. The dashboard has glossy black accents that make it look more premium.
While this version doesn't have the fully digital 10.25-inch driver display found in higher models, it still comes with a useful 7-inch partly-digital instrument panel.
Both the front and back seats are very comfortable with:
Good support under your thighs, armrests in both front and back, and cup holders for the back seats.
Features and Technology
The 2025 Altroz comes with many modern features, including:
A single-panel sunroof that opens with voice commands. Automatic climate control with air vents for the back seats. Cruise control to maintain a steady speed on highways. A push-button to start and stop the engine. An eight-speaker sound system for good music quality. Side mirrors that fold with the push of a button.
Safety Features
Tata Motors continues to focus on safety with the new Altroz, which now includes:
Six airbags as standard in all versions. Electronic Stability Control to help prevent skidding. A system that monitors tire pressure. A 360-degree camera that helps you see all around the car, including blind spots. Special anchors for child seats. Three-point seatbelts for all passengers.
Engine Options
The 2025 Tata Altroz will be available with three different engine types:
Petrol (gasoline)
CNG (compressed natural gas)
Diesel
The car now also comes with an Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) option, which makes it more appealing for people who drive mostly in cities and want more convenience.
